International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For all international orders shipping outside the United States, please note that your package may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by your country's customs authority. These additional charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are the sole responsibility of the customer. MannyGoods has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Missing or Incomplete Orders (Shortages)

We take great care in packing your orders, but warehouse errors can occasionally happen. If you open your package and find that items or components are missing (for example, you ordered a set and some parts are missing), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report a missing item:

Once verified, MannyGoods will immediately ship the missing items or parts to you at 100% our expense, or issue a partial refund for the missing portion, depending on your preference.
