You have a 30-day window from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
To qualify for a refund, your item must arrive back to us in its original condition. This means it must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unaltered
- Complete with all original tags attached
- In its original, undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
Please do not ship items back to the manufacturer or our corporate headquarters without contacting us first. Unannounced or unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Handling Specific Shipping & Order Issues
1. Lost Deliveries (Item Never Arrived)
If your estimated delivery date has passed, or if tracking indicates the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please alert us right away at info@mannygoods.com or +17194021440. We will open an official inquiry with the shipping carrier. If they confirm the package is lost in transit, MannyGoods will either issue a 100% full refund or ship out a free replacement, depending on what you prefer.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
Please check your package as soon as it arrives. If your item is broken, defective, or suffered damage during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Resolution: MannyGoods will cover all return shipping fees and arrange a full refund or a complimentary replacement.
3. Incorrect Shipments (Our Mistake)
If our warehouse sends you the wrong item, color, or size, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt at info@mannygoods.com or +17194021440. We will promptly email you a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect product at zero cost to you, and we will rush out your correct order immediately.
4. Change of Mind (Customer Remorse)
If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind, picked the wrong size, or no longer want it, you will be responsible for covering the actual return shipping costs. The item must still strictly adhere to our baseline eligibility rules (unused, tagged, and in original packaging).
Fees and Non-Returnable Items
- Restocking Fees: MannyGoods does not charge any restocking fees. The return processing itself is entirely free.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Goods
Due to safety, hygiene, and logistical constraints, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Personal Care Items: Grooming and beauty tools if the protective seal is broken or the product has been used.
- Custom Orders: Any personalized merchandise or bespoke items.
- Hazardous Materials: Products that utilize or contain flammable gases or liquids.
- Final Sale & Gift Cards: Purchases of gift cards or items marked as final sale cannot be refunded.
Product Exchanges
The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the product you currently have. Once that return is processed and approved, you can independently place a fresh order for the new item on our website.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders being shipped directly into the European Union, you maintain the legal right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery, without needing justification. The item must still be sent back in its original packaging and pristine condition.
Refund Processing Time
We will evaluate your item once it arrives at our facility and notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If everything checks out, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: Banking institutions and credit card issuers can sometimes take additional time to process and post these transactions to your account.
